Dr. Juliet Francis, principal owner of Francis & Associates, P.C., is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia. She has been in practice for more than 28 years. She has been providing psychological and mental health services to individuals, families and organizations, seeking to develop practical strategies that facilitate personal and professional growth. Dr. Francis has extensive training experience as both a consultant and a practitioner areas such as: team building, communication enhancement, management development, conflict mediation, diversity, cultural competency, stress management in multicultural environments and relationships skills building
Dr. Francis has also provided quality mental health coaching services to the Washington Redskins since 2003 and the University of Maryland Sports Medicine Department since 2005. She recognizes and has addressed the myriad of demands placed on collegiate and professional athletic organizations. Accordingly, she has developed specialized performance clinics to incorporate innovative solution-based approaches, which focus on developing a successful balance between an athlete’s personal and athletic life.
